A one-day conference for female pediatricians
November 10, 2025
Dallas, Texas
What if one day could open the door to a completely different kind of year?
One Day. Unlimited You.
Less Hustle. More Clarity. Real Momentum.
From the outside, you’ve got it all together. But inside?
You’re running the practice, managing the team, handling home—and still putting yourself last.
You’re killing it.
But also? It’s kinda killing you.
You don’t need another inspirational quote.
Imagine instead if you had space to think.
A strategy that sticks.
And a plan that puts you back in the picture.
Before you sprint into another year running on fumes, take one day to get clear on what you want.
It’s a reset—with structure, support, and a plan built to hold up in real life.
Not just what you want for 2026, but how to get there—and actually stay on track.
In just one day,
Clear, meaningful goals for 2026 and beyond—no more vague intentions that disappear by Q2
A calendar that reflects your actual values, not just your obligations
A renewed sense of purpose, grounded in your own why
Simple, supportive systems you can actually maintain
Community and accountability with women who truly get it
The confidence to lead your life, not just react to it
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be surrounded by women who get it—who’ve lived it—and are ready to grow alongside you.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and finally in charge of your time, your vision, and your year ahead.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters.

These women have led, built, burned out, and bounced back. They know what it takes to grow with clarity and lead with purpose—and they’re here to help you do the same.
Katrina Skinner, MD
Dr. Katrina Skinner, a Fairhope, Alabama native, founded her independent pediatric practice in 2009, now serving over 5,000 patients. The immediate past president of Alabama AAP, she advocates for pediatricians and founded Women in Pediatrics. She also leads Pediatric CEO Intensive, supporting pediatric entrepreneurs. She enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband.
Caroline Morgan, MD, MS
Dr. Morgan is a pediatrician, entrepreneur, and the founder of Pirate Pediatrics. Since opening her practice in 2012, she has created a space where families feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her journey as a physician and mother has been deeply shaped by her own health crisis—a turning point that challenged her belief that success meant doing it all alone. Now, she brings that hard-won perspective to the stage, sharing lessons in vulnerability, sustainability, and redefining what it means to lead well.
Katie Schafer, DO
Katie Schafer, DO, is a co-owner of Bloom Pediatrics in Birmingham. A Detroit native, she completed her medical training at Michigan State University and the Children’s Hospital of Michigan. Board certified since 2010, Dr. Schafer enjoys being active in the American Academy of Pediatrics and local city boards. She lives in Birmingham with her husband, Scott, and their two sons, Oliver and Elliot. Outside of work, she loves hosting parties, spending time on Lake Michigan, and traveling.
Natalie Clarke
Natalie Clarke is an entrepreneur and social media expert specializing in pediatric social media management. As co-founder of so.med, she helps pediatricians connect with families. With a background in education and business, she also runs her own agency and works in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Erin Auer
Erin explored client advocacy roles in software for about 10 years, before landing at PCC in March of 2020. She absolutely loves her work with PCC, which continually provides new avenues and opportunities for client engagement, and looks forward to coming to work every day. She's also a mom of 4, and has a deep appreciation for the work pediatricians are doing.
Intentional, high-impact sessions designed to help you think clearly, plan confidently, and leave with a 2026 that reflects you.
The Power of Perspective
Dr. Katrina Skinner
We open with intention. This grounding session sets the tone for the day—and reminds you that taking a step back is often the boldest way to move forward.
Yes Is the Answer. What Is the Question?
Dr. Katie Schafer
Dr. Katie Schafer shares how she moved from ideas to impact—turning a vision into a community-centered program addressing homelessness. Her story is a reminder that clarity, courage, and support systems can turn even your most ambitious ideas into reality.
Leading Without Losing Yourself
Dr. Caroline Morgan
What happens when you push through everything—until your body makes the decision for you? In this powerful session, one pediatrician shares how a health crisis forced her to stop doing it all. If you’ve ever felt like the only way to succeed is to hold it all together alone, this session will challenge that belief—and show you a better way forward.
2026 Glow-Up Workshop
Dr. Katrina Skinner, Erin Auer & Natalie Clarke
In this hands-on session, you’ll work with the Women in Pediatrics team to define what you want for 2026—and create the plan and systems to follow through. No more conference notes that never see the light of day. You’ll leave with a vision that fits your life, and a structure that makes it stick—even when things get messy.
Closing Panel + Wrap-Up
We’ll close with reflections from the day’s speakers—plus one final reminder: this time, you’re not going home with ideas. You’re going home with momentum.
Other sessions and speakers to be announced!
