Design your own afternoon with small groups and 1:1 sessions. Meet everyone at the opening reception that evening.
Friday
Morning plenary sessions and afternoon small groups and 1:1 (or make time for the pool or beach!). The evening is yours to enjoy with friends.
Saturday
Morning plenary sessions and afternoon small groups and 1:1. Join your fellow attendees for a poolside celebration in the evening.
The Retreat offers the chance to earn CME credits in a gorgeous tropical setting. We call that a win-win.
What's the difference between single and double occupancy?
Want a place to recharge alone at the end of the day? Choose the single occupancy ticket to have a room to yourself.
Want to bunk with a bestie or have us assign a roommate so you can make a new friend and save some cash? Go for the double occupancy ticket. You'll let us know during registration if you want to room with a friend or have us assign someone amazing.
What's the cancellation policy?
We get it. The event is next year. If you're like us, you don't know what's happening next week.
Secure your spot now (because this deal is amazing), and you can cancel without penalty (aside from a $100 processing fee) until June 30, 2024. Cancel after August 31, 2024 and we'll refund 50% of your ticket price. Cancel on or after December 1, 2024 and we can't offer any refunds.
Do I need a passport? Will my cell phone work?
Yes, American citizens will need a passport to travel to Mexico.
Your cell phone will work but you should check with your carrier to see if you need an international plan to avoid roaming charges.
